During the activity at Stellar Bali Cooking Class, travelers will enjoy an authentic hands-on culinary experience guided by friendly local Balinese chefs. The class begins with a warm welcome and introduction to Balinese culture, traditional spices, herbs, and cooking techniques used in everyday local cuisine. Guests will prepare delicious dishes from scratch in a fun, interactive, and relaxing atmosphere suitable for beginners and food lovers of all skill levels. Participants can choose one of three special menus: Fish Special, Chicken Special, or Vegan Special. 1). The Fish Special includes Satay Ikan Lilit, Mujair Nyat-Nyat, Plecing Gonda, rice, Sambal Kecombrang, and traditional desserts. 2). The Chicken Special features Satay Lilit Ayam, Ayam Betutu, Sayur Don Singkong, rice, Sambal Matah, and Balinese sweets. 3). The Vegan Special includes Jukut Serombotan, Pecak Terong, Tempe Medadah, rice, Sambal Embe, and dessert. After cooking, guests will enjoy the meals they prepared together while experiencing genuine Balinese hospitality.
