You will prepare two types of pasta: reginette and ricotta -spinach cappelletti, learning every step from making the dough to shaping and cooking the pasta. You will also make traditional sauces such as Tuscan ragù and butter with sage. After the class, enjoy the pasta you have prepared together in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
