Half-Day Thai Cuisine Cooking Experience in Chiang Mai

Chang Cooking is a Thai cookery school located in Chiang Mai, Thailand, we are very close to the popular areas in Chiang Mai Gate like the Saturday walking street. We offer you hands-on courses of authentic Thai recipes, taught by experienced Thai Chefs. The school is in a lovely Lanna style wooden premise, we have two styles of kitchen, one is a restaurant-style and the other one is on the first floor and open air. Students will have their own cooking station, chef’s knives, woks, and clean utensils, no need to bring anything except enthusiasm to learn one of the world’s top cuisines! We can offer classes in English, Chinese, Japanese & Thai languages. Here you can learn to cook that favorite Thai recipe. We will quickly teach you all you need to know about the herbs, vegetables, and spices used in Thai food. Learn how easy it is to cook authentic Thai cuisine with a Thai chef with long experience. There are 4 or 6 dishes to choose from on the menu. Once the dishes were selected, you will be suggested various ingredients used in Thai cooking. In addition, you will taste more delicious ingredients such as tamarind and palm sugar. Enjoy a feast of your own making at the end of the class!
