You will then be guided through a very beautiful experience in the water (in the amazing pool), where you will learn to hold each other+support and care for each other in the nurturing element of the water. If you prefer, then we can start the retreat at a later time in the day+ I will guide you through a very beautiful and heart-opening ritual together.

You will then be guided through a very beautiful experience in the water (in the amazing pool), where you will learn to hold each other and support and care for each other in the nurturing element of the water. Holding each other in the water creates a safe space of trust+vulnerability, allowing both of you to relax, attune to each other, + enhance your bond. This shared experience of support+surrender deepens emotional intimacy, helping you to feel more connected, understood,in sync with one another+enriching your relationship with a profound sense of closeness+love.
