In-water encounters are never guaranteed and depend on sea conditions, whale behavior, safety considerations, and applicable regulations. Swimming requirements: Guests wishing to enter the water must be 15–65 years old, strong swimmers (100m unaided in open ocean), comfortable using snorkeling equipment, physically fit and able to follow instructions immediately.
