On the return journey, we’ll stop at Isla Mujeres, where you can stroll through charming streets and shop for local souvenirs. At Contoy we'll have the chance to do snorkel in it's protected reef filled with colorful marine life At the island we'll have a guided tour and the staff will get the lunch ready to refuel energy

Isla Mujeres is a magical town with a romantic and relaxed atmosphere, with great natural wealth, Mayan vestiges and Caribbean culture; It is an ideal place to enjoy water activities such as diving, snorkeling, boat rides, catamarans and kayaks, zip lines over the sea, sport fishing and much more.

Meeting and pickup

Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Oasis Smart in Tulum Avenue Playa Del Carmen: Cocobongo at Playa Del Carmen The pick up time is set acording to your location, pick up start at 7:00 am and depending on the location the pick up time will be set, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service If the Customer wants to arrive at the marina by it's own, they need to take in mind that the parking near the marina is limited. They would have to arrive early in order to find a near parking spot

Children can only participate in the snorkel with the company of one parent or guardian
Snorkeling may be cancelled due to weather or rough seas. Its unavailability is not grounds for a partial nor full refund.

Date change requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour date. Any requests received less than 24 hours before the tour cannot be accepted.
Guests who fail to arrive at the designated meeting point or are not available at the scheduled pick-up time will be considered a No Show, no refund will be provided
Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking details such as hotel names, number of passengers and correct section of adults and children
