And the best time to see it in all its simmering glory? Morning. Forget your hotel buffet. Over four hours we’ll take a deep dive into Penang’s food scene mopping up 15+ tastings around old George Town. We don’t want to spoil all the fun, but some salivate-inducing highlights including kaya-slathered toast with Malaysia coffee, smoky stir-fried rice noodles, fruity Penang-style laksa and some of the island’s best dim sum among more than a dozen more dishes. Along the way, discover the history and culture of Penang’s food expertly led by a knowledgeable host.

   The tour concludes close to the meeting point in central George Town. Enjoy local hospitality and meet new friends along the way. End the tour armed with the knowledge you'll need to continue eating across Penang and Malaysia.
