Introducing the Ghost Hunter Experience – Charleston’s Most Haunted Adventure! Get ready to cross the veil between history and the supernatural! The Ghost Hunter Experience is not your average ghost tour, it's a real paranormal investigation through Charleston’s most active and eerie locations. Armed with actual ghost-hunting equipment, you'll join a team of seekers as you walk the shadowy streets and historic sites of this centuries-old city, known as one of the most haunted in America. You won’t just hear ghost stories. You’ll go looking for the spirits themselves using your own Ghost Hunter Kit, in the most haunted parts of Charleston! Yours to keep. Your Ghost Hunter Kit includes the equipment necessary to detect the afterlife. We know this place is haunted, participants catch ghosts in photographs on this experience all the time!

We will start in waterfront park with the discussion about the paranormal and an introduction to the equipment contained in your ghost hunting kit. Moving into the heart of the historic district, you will be taken to 5 different locations known for their paranormal activity. At each location, you will be given the background of the area and the reason we think there is such paranormal activity at that location. Using your equipment, each person will attempt to make contact with the spirit world. You will then document your encounters in the logbook provided in your ghost hunter kit. Armed with your knowledge of the equipment, the circumstances best for encountering spirits, and a provided list of additional haunted places in Charleston. You will receive your very own Ghost Hunting Kit (yours to take home) that includes everything you need to detect spirits on this experience. Additionally, you will have access to additional equipment (not provided in your kit) such as Infrared Cameras and Audio Recorders to enhance the opportunity for detection. spend some time in Waterfront Park telling ghost stories about Charleston
