Full-day Nature Wellness Tour in Bled with Arnold Rikli

Already in the second half of the 19th century, the Swiss hydropath recognised the advantages of air baths, clean water, sun rays and a proper diet. Exercising in nature restores health and strengthens the spirit. Bled is a true paradise for this kind of experience. We invite you to spend the day with Arnold Rikli! The first stop of our therapeutic path is the Triglavska roža Infocenter, where we will be greeted by Arnold Rikli. Together with Rikli we will head toward the weather house in the Spa Park and from there to Bled Castle. Across Višce hill we will head toward the Garden of Tastes. Experience the spirit of the herb labyrinth and enjoy preparing Rikli’s meal. There, a traditional horse-drawn carriage will wait for us and take us for a romantic ride to the Živa wellness centre. We will step into the evening with a magnificent dinner at the Julijana restaurant. Duration: - 9 hours: visiting attractions, - 2,5 hours: walking and hiking, - 0,5 hours: driving by a carriage.

   Infocenter Triglavska roza Bled

   You will be greeted by your personal assistant on the trail, Arnold Rikli. There you will fill your bottles with fresh drinking water and download the app.

   Lake Bled

   30 min

   You will be walking from Infocenter Triglavska roža Bled to Zdraviliški park (Spa Park). You will have a chance to walk by beautiful Lake Bled.

   Bled Island

   Pass by

   You will see Bled island in the middle of the lake.

   Zdraviliski Park (Spa Park)

   You will stop at the weather house in the Spa Park.

   St. Martin's Parish Church

   30 min

   You will hike from Zdraviliški Park (Spa Park) to Bled Castle. On the way you will see the neo-Gothic St. Martin's Church.

   Bled Castle (Blejski Grad)

   2 hours

   Our guide will show you Bled Castle and Rikli's room.

   Poljsica pri Gorjah

   1.5 hours

   Across Višce, a small hill above Bled, we will hike toward the Garden of Tastes in Poljšica pri Gorjah.

   You will have a chance to experience the spirit of the herb labyrinth and enjoy preparing Rikli’s meal. With a genuine contact with the earth you will restore your energy and try the traditional barefoot walk on dew.

   A traditional horse-drawn carriage will wait for us at the Garden of Tastes and take us for a romantic ride to the Živa wellness centre.

    You will take a Rikli's bath or enjoy Rikli's massage.
