    Please wait for the tour bus at Bus Stop 7 of Kawaguchiko Station, the gateway to the Fuji area. Bus arrival time may vary due to traffic conditions.

    If you wish to get off in Hakone Yumoto area, the tour will end here at Hakone-Yumoto Station around 5:15 PM.

    If you wish to get off in Kowakudani area, the tour will end here in front of the entrance to Hakone Kowakien Ten-yu around 4:40 PM.

    If you wish to get off in Gora area, the tour will end here at the Hakone Museum of Art Bus P2 Parking Lot, located across Koen-Kami Station on the Hakone Tozan Line around 4:30 PM.

    If you wish to get off in the Lake Ashi area, the tour will end here at Kojiri Port around 3:40 PM.

    If you wish to get off in Sengokuhara area, the tour will end here at the parking lot of Dining Kuraichi around 3:20 PM.

Visibility of the mountain may be limited or completely obscured depending on weather conditions. The tour will proceed as scheduled regardless of visibility, and no refunds will be issued in the event that Mt. Fuji cannot be seen
    • An English-speaking guide on board the bus will handle the tour check-in process. Please present your mobile voucher by showing the confirmation email on your smartphone or other mobile device
    • If the minimum number of participants 2 people is not met at least 4 days prior to the scheduled tour date, the tour may be canceled
    • If you arrive late and miss the departure time, your reservation will be canceled. Please make sure to arrive with plenty of time to spare
