This journey begins with a welcoming intention-setting, followed by a leisurely ride through Palm Springs, before an outdoor Kundalini yoga session that blends breathwork and meditation. The ride continues to a second stop for a quantum meditative journey, fostering an expanded state of consciousness. Perfect for all fitness levels, this experience emphasizes connection and personal pace while enjoying the fresh air and local beauty, alongside a community of like-minded individuals.

We gather at the meeting point where bikes will be issued and adjusted to each rider's needs. A leisurely bike ride through Palms Springs will be followed by a outdoors Kudalini Yoga session to raise your vibration. Another leisurely journey to gently explore the Old Las Palmas area of Palm Springs, before a Guided Quantum Meditation to connect with our unique frequency/vibration signature. The journey will end with a gentle ride back to our meeting point.
