Fredericksburg Giraffe Safari and Dinner Experience

An evening in Fredericksburg, Texas, offers a unique blend of wildlife and fine dining. Guests begin their adventure at Grapetown Vineyard and Farm, indulging in a Giraffe Experience where you can feed these gentle giants, followed by a delightful wine tasting. As the sun sets, enjoy stunning views of kangaroos, alpacas, and more. The experience continues with a delectable steak dinner at Bankersmith Boil Shack, complete with live music and VIP seating. First, guests will join us at 6 PM at Grapetown Vineyard to experience an incredible Giraffe Experience & Wine Tasting (cocktails, beer, and a large wine selection also available). Depending on your ticket selection, you may enjoy a wine tasting, meet and feed a giraffe, then relax on your grass patio overlooking the Texas Hill Country. As the sun sets and you look towards the horizon, you will see kangaroos, alpacas, goats, deer, camels, and even zebras! These animals are part of your extended family—many of them rescued—and their care and stories are at the heart of this experience. Next, after your Giraffe Experience and Wine Tasting at Grapetown Vineyard, you will get ready for some Live Music and The Best Steak in Texas (not a steak eater? Other items are available as well) at The Bankersmith Boil Shack! Here you will enjoy Live Music and a show, plus VIP Reserved Seating! If you are not in the mood for steak, we have you covered with options from Lobster, Snow Crab, Grilled Oysters, Catfish and More! A short drive or bike ride from Grapetown Vineyard, Bankersmith Saloon is part of the same farm property and a cherished sister location.
