Fez is not only famous for its delicious food, it is also a hot spot for learning the art of Moroccan cuisine. Savour the spicy, salty, sweet and sour flavours and learn how to make Moroccan renowned dishes like Zaaloouk, Pastillas, tajines and couscous in a hands-on cooking class. With a basket in hand and a menu in mind, we go to the market to discover the season’s ingredients and then switch to a hands-on cooking class in a local house.

You will visit the souks to buy the produce required for the cooking lesson during a very nice tour with your chef. Then, you will get back to the local house and start cooking your lunch before sharing it in a nice ambiance with your hosts.
