He will accompany you to a local dairy where you can discover the artisan techniques for the production of Parmigiano Reggiano, visit the stables and warehouses where the Parmigiano is stored for aging. You can taste this wonder of the territory accompanied by a glass of Lambrusco or another drink of your choice. You can then visit the Ferrari museum in Maranello where you can immerse yourself in the history of this myth from its birth until today.
