Farm-to-Table Feast in a Historic Apulia Masseria

The meal will be accompanied by side dishes that celebrate simplicity and taste, as well as cheeses crafted from the milk of our organically raised cows and goats at the family farm. Each bite is a celebration of Puglia’s rich heritage, where the atmosphere of festive family gatherings still lingers in the air. As you savor each course, you’ll be transported to a time when meals were shared among friends and family, surrounded by the scents of the countryside and the comfort of home. This is more than just dinner—it’s an experience that captures the essence of Puglia hospitality.

Join Domenico and Antonello for an intimate culinary journey in the heart of Puglia, where the flavors of tradition meet the warmth of home. Nestled in a historic Masseria surrounded by olive orchards, you’ll enjoy a multi-course dinner featuring fresh vegetables from our garden, hand-made pasta just like Nonna taught, and meats from sustainable farms, expertly grilled in the fireplace.
