Step into our rustic Tuscan kitchen for a hands-on cooking class where you'll master traditional recipes while enjoying the aromas of fresh ingredients, wine, and olive oil. Your experience begins with a short introduction to our family farm’s history and production methods. Then, it's time to cook! You’ll start with dessert, baking a typical Tuscan cake to enjoy later. Next, you’ll prepare three different types of bruschetta, using only fresh, seasonal vegetables. Finally, you'll dive into the art of pasta-making, crafting Pici and Ricotta Gnocchi from scratch and learning to prepare the best Tuscan pasta sauce. Once the cooking is done, you'll sit at your table to enjoy the meal you've created, with each course paired with a different organic and biodynamic wine from our vineyards.
