Located in La Escala, the SOLÉS Factory-Museum is a family factory since 1888, which has the oldest facilities of all the salting factories of the population, and represents a unique opportunity to learn how the anchovies of La Escala are currently made.

   SOLÉS Factory-Museum is located in L’Escala, in the oldest building of all village salting factories. Adapted to the needs of the 21st century but keeping the essence and tradition of our ancestors. Inside the factory a museum has recently opened to celebrate the 130th anniversary of SOLÉS Anchovies. This museum has a visitable area that allows the visitor to know both company’s history and the elaboration processes, in an interactive way and for all public, showing all the stages of the different gastronomic elaborations the company offers. The price of the visit to the museum includes a small tasting of SOLÉS products in the new “SOLÉS chill-out” terrace outside the factory. Duration Aprox. 45-75 min
