Overview

In our days Pompeii is a UNESCO World Heritage site, one of the most visited sites in Italy and one of the most visited archaeological sites in all the world. The ruins of Pompeii cover about 44 square hectares. And the mount Vesuvius is the only place in the world that gives you the opportunity to visit the top of the volcano that destroyed the town nearly two thousand years ago and yet rendered it eternal. We offer you the perfect combination of both these places on a day tour. *You have to walk up the last 750m steeply uphill. Your guide will pick you up from your hotel or from your cruise ship. After driving to Pompei you will have 2 hours guided tour of the city. You will have a 1-hour break to have lunch, after that you will have a tour of Mount Vesuvius. In the end, the driver will take you back.
