   Rustaveli Avenue is the central avenue of Tbilisi. It is named after the medieval Georgian poet Shota Rustaveli.

   We'll visit the State History Museum, one of the main historical museums in Georgia. It displays such important archaeological finds as the fossilized remains of the hominid Homo Ergaster discovered in Dmanisi; a collection of 80,000 coins, primarily Georgian; medieval metal icons; and much more.

   Mount Mtatsminda

   Mount Mtatsminda (Mount David) stretches alongside the main Rustaveli Avenue. A funicular runs to the summit, taking just five minutes. Mount Mtatsminda is nearly 800 meters high. The observation deck offers a magnificent panorama of Georgia's capital. In addition to the observation deck, the site also includes a TV tower, an amusement park, a Ferris wheel, and a restaurant.

   Let's take a stroll through Europe Square and Meidan Square, one of the central squares of the Old Town.

    Let's walk along Shavteli Street in the Old Town, where the small Puppet Theater, with just 80 seats, is located. Built by Rezo Gabriadze in 1981, it stands next to the oldest building in the city, the 6th-century Anchiskhati Basilica.
