Step into the peaceful world of the horses and discover a unique way to connect with yourself through your relationship with them. During this experience, you will meet the horses in their natural environment and explore communication without riding. No previous experience with horses is required. You will be guided to slow down, observe, listen and become more aware of your own presence, emotions and behaviour. Horses are highly sensitive to body language, energy and changes in our behaviour. Through simple exercises and moments of free interaction, they offer us valuable opportunities to observe ourselves from a different perspective. How do I approach another being? Do I dare to take my place? How do I express my boundaries? Can I slow down and truly listen? What happens when I let go of wanting to control the situation? The aim is not to make the horse do something, but to create a genuine connection based on respect, trust and mutual consent. The horse remains free to move, approach or keep its distance. By observing the horse's responses and your own reactions, you can gain a deeper understanding of yourself — your way of communicating, your boundaries, your emotions and your relationship with others.
