The Sahara desert is not an excursion from Marrakech. The distance makes us need to travel to Merzouga and return, so we need at least one night on the way if we really want to enjoy the desert.    Ksar Of Ait-Ben-Haddou

   Taourirt Kasbah

   Pass by

   Exteriors of the kasbah Taourirt and the old palace of the Pasha in Marrakech. Old town of Ouarzazate.

   Vue Panoramique Boumalne

   Panoramic view from the highest part of the Boumalne Dades mountains, where you can take pictures and observe the riverbed and the surroundings.

   Todra Gorge

   The Todra Gorges are an obligatory stop on the way to Merzouga. We will make a one-hour stop to explore the riverbed, contemplate the mountains and take some photos.

   Merzouga Desert

   20 hours

   We will arrive in the desert before lunch. This is the only way to enjoy the desert. The sunset and the sunrise the next day are two shows that we cannot miss. During the hot months, we can relax in the pool in the hours when the dunes are not accessible.
