Mayan Gate Cruise Terminal Depart your cruise terminal. Walk towards the center. Across the street you will find Royal Village Mall. Our staff wearing company t-shirts will meet you at MARTI SPORTS right in front of Hotel EL CID,
You will receive written confirmation so it is important to tell us the exact name of your cruise, not the shipping company (Example: Carnival Dream), hotel or if you will be coming from Playa del Carmen, so that we can give you meeting instructions.
