After you make your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the essential pick-up information. The day before your transfer, we’ll send you the details of your driver and vehicle so you know exactly who to expect. After completing your booking, please contact us to confirm whether your transfer is from Edinburgh Airport or Edinburgh city centre, and provide the full pick-up and drop-off addresses. For airport collections, kindly also include your flight number and scheduled arrival time to ensure timely service. Your professional driver will meet you at the designated pick-up point — whether at Edinburgh Airport or your selected location — and assist you with your luggage before commencing your comfortable one-way transfer to your destination.
