Bicycles are available to rent if necessary and participants must show up prepared with appropriate clothing, gloves and a helmet.

Participants will learn the principles of Mountain Bike Guide and perfect Guide technique by enhancing initial skills. There will be a first part entirely dedicated to technique and perfection of gestures with repetitions in the test field and then move on the paths to test the skills acquired
