After booking, you will receive an instant confirmation. Please provide your pickup address, preferred pickup time, cruise ship name, and contact number. Before your transfer, we will confirm your booking and share your driver’s details if required. Your professional driver will arrive at the agreed pickup location in a clean, air-conditioned vehicle and will be waiting with a sign displaying the lead traveler’s name. Assistance with luggage is included. Your transfer is direct, with no unnecessary stops, ensuring a comfortable and punctual journey to the Port of Barcelona. Upon arrival, your driver will drop you off at the correct cruise terminal based on your cruise ship and assist with your luggage.

Meeting and pickup

Your driver will meet you at the agreed pickup location with a sign displaying the lead traveler’s name. Hotel pickups are from the lobby or main entrance. Apartment pickups are outside the main entrance. The driver may also contact you by phone or WhatsApp if needed.
