Overview
Dapur Usada has developed its own unique food philosophy - IndoVedic Cuisine. Our food blends the ancient Indian medicinal wisdom of Ayurveda, with the Balinese knowledge of herbal medicine known as Usada. Our kitchen offers slow cooked vegetarian dishes, made from fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Our Jamu's are the family recipes of our staff, rooted in the traditions of Ubud.

Itinerary
In this hands-on workshop, you will: - Explore the rich history and cultural significance of Jamu in Indonesian medicine. - Discover the secrets behind selecting and combining healing herbs and spices. - Learn step-by-step how to create three different Jamu blends. - Engage in a fun and interactive session guided by our experienced instructors. You will also receive an exclusive goody bag! Inside, you'll find 3 bottles of refreshing Jamu, a recipe booklet, and stationery to take all the notes you need. It's the perfect way to enhance your experience and take home a piece of the workshop.
Meeting and pickup
The Jamu Class is held at the first floor of Dapur Usada restaurant on Jl. Sugriwa 4 in central Ubud. Bike parking is available. Note that car parking is only available at the south end of Sugriwa street, a 12 minute walk from the restaurant. Car drop off is available.
