Our tour begins with pickup in Oaxaca City, taking you to Hierve el Agua very early in the morning, so you can avoid the crowds and heat, for stunning views and relaxation by its unique petrified waterfalls. Next, visit an artisanal mezcal distillery or a local family producing mezcal from wild agave, complete with a tasting. Enjoy an exclusive lunch in the maguey fields, with traditional tlayudas and memelas prepared by a local cook. Finally, we visit an artisan textile factory with a chocolate-making demo using traditional methods, supporting Oaxacan families and artisans with generations of craft.

Despite its name, which translates to "Boiling Water," the water at Hierve el Agua is not actually boiling; instead, it is rich in minerals like calcium carbonate, creating the illusion of frozen waterfalls. Visitors can enjoy the stunning views, take a dip in the natural pools, and appreciate the unique geological formations of this remarkable site.

   Address: La Palapa Santiago Matatlan One of the most beautiful sights in Oaxaca is the Maguey fields, during this tour we have a unique surprise for our group to have lunch in the middle of Maguey field, where you will taste the traditional Oaxaca food made by a local family, the "Tlayudas" and "Memelas" from the grill. Here in the fields, you see the different species of Maguey, and of course, more Mezcal tasting with the local family.

These textiles, including rugs and clothing, feature distinctive patterns reflecting the diverse indigenous cultures of the region. Artisans use natural dyes, adding cultural significance. These handcrafted pieces not only showcase artistic prowess but also contribute to preserving Oaxaca's cultural identity.
