Itinerary
Do you dream of uncovering the secrets of assembly? Become a winemaker for a day and make your own wine with our blending introductory workshop in the heart of the Micro Winery: an urban cellar located on the right bank of Bordeaux! Here, we pick grapes from the region to make organic wine that breaks the codes of classic Bordeaux, right in the heart of the Darwin ecosystem. The objective of our oenology workshops? To allow you to discover wine: the idea is to demystify the world of wine and its production by bringing you to the heart of the production site. You will start with a tour of the cellar with an explanation of the winemaking process for white, rosé, and red wines. There will follow an introduction to the particularities of the main grape varieties of the Bordeaux appellation. You will see their characteristics, which make up their typicality to better understand what contributes to the complexity of Bordeaux wines: the Blend. ✨ With different single-varietal wines, you will create THE wine that will suit your taste, bottle it, and take it with you! We will welcome you to this unique place to share our passion and expertise with you. ✨
