Cooking Class Ischia and Home Restaurant

It all takes place in a unique domestic atmosphere, with an air-conditioned indoor kitchen and, on fine days, in an open summer kitchen with worktop and wooden dining or dinner table in the shade of a typical lemon pergola. All this, in a familiar and joyful atmosphere, in the name of hospitality and willingness to live and share a moment linked to the strong local tradition of the island of Ischia and the values of friendship and being together.

It is a cooking class based on some of the main traditional recipes of the island of Ischia and Campania. Guests actively participate and learn to cook seriously, often using ingredients from the garden or the small family farm. And after cooking, they sit at the table and taste their dishes over lunch or dinner. The menu presented here, for example, is the basic one, but can be enriched with any other course on request and with a surcharge, such as the real rabbit all'Ischitana (cooked in a clay pan and with a wood stove), the real Neapolitan pizza (present a real master pizza maker who will work with the guests in the wood oven), fish soup and many other delicacies.
