Overview
After you meet your tour leader at La Spezia train station, you will take the first train that will take you to the small town of Manarola from where it will begin with your intrepid trekking experience. Get ready and explore the ancient trails of this mountain passing through the vineyards perched on the rock. Consider that the maximum height is 1000 ft and the climb is very steep. When you reach the top of the mountain and begin the descent towards Corniglia, you will be able to appreciate the charm of this little village that is more than 100 meters high at sea level!. After lunch, you will go to the train station to head towards our next destination, Vernazza. This village has best preserved the aspect of a marine town, the perfect place to relax while you admire the wonderful landscape. We are sure you will love it! Finally, and before going back to La Spezia, we will go to Riomaggiore where you will have some free time to walk through its narrow streets and enjoy beautiful places

Since the beauty of the area lies in its nature, you won’t find handrails or safety rails even when the steps formed by the rocks of the mountain are inclined or when the path is near to the edge of the cliff. For the above mentioned reasons, this tour is not suitable for kids under 8 years old
