Itinerary

  1. 1

    Chateau de Chenonceau

    2 hours

Known as the "Ladies' Château", Chenonceau gracefully spans the River Cher and becomes a true winter fairytale at Christmas. Its award-winning floral workshop creates stunning festive displays throughout the château: a forest table decorated with moss and foliage, an all-chocolate table in the historic kitchens, and a baroque table with huge chandeliers in the Grand Gallery above the river.

  2. 2

    Chateau de Cheverny

    1 hour

At Cheverny, Christmas has been a much-loved tradition for nearly 30 years. Every room is beautifully decorated, from the candy forest in the Trophy Room to an enchanted carriage. Outside, giant light displays brighten the gardens, and the façade glows in Christmas colours at nightfall.

  3. 3

    Chateau de Chambord

    1.5 hours

Your day ends at Chambord, the largest and most majestic château in the Loire Valley, glowing with a thousand lights. A hundred fir trees line the outdoor paths and light up at dusk, while inside, festive décor fills the rooms all the way to the famous double-helix staircase. Before heading back to Paris, raise a glass of champagne in front of the illuminated château.
