This tasting brings together 3 carefully selected wines and 3 dark chocolates of character with marked profiles (intense cocoa, coffee, dark fruits). The experience highlights the role of tannins, bitterness and matter in the balance of flavours. The Audacity is an immersive and expressive tasting, designed for those who love character pairings. You will taste 3 carefully selected wines (about 5 cl each), one white, one rosé and one red, accompanied by 3 artisan chocolates chosen to create surprising contrasts and harmonies. Each pairing was designed to reveal the aromatic richness of Languedoc wines: mineral freshness, ripe fruit, delicate spices or deeper, structured notes. Chocolates come to dialogue with wine, sometimes echoing, sometimes in contrast, to create a real sensory experience. Throughout the tasting, you will be guided in the discovery of aromas, textures and balances.
