Guided by the chef, you’ll learn to craft ravioli and tagliatelle from scratch, discovering how to balance ingredients for a perfect dough. You’ll also experiment with creating seasonal fillings and sauces, such as fresh tomato sauce in summer or richer, creamier options during winter.
