Muriel brings a modern, feminine approach to winemaking, drawing on a heritage spanning seven generations of winegrowers. This tour will take you behind the scenes at the estate, where you’ll discover the winemaking, storage and bottling facilities. You’ll gain an insight into Muriel’s unique philosophy and her feminine approach to wine, based on uncompromising organic methods. All the details will be revealed to you on the day! Following this fascinating insight, you’ll have the chance to take part in a guided tasting of seven local wines, accompanied by a slice of kougelhopf and some crackers.
