Air-conditioned transport and bottled water are included. Send your flight number, flight time and hotel name and address before travel so we can confirm the meeting or pickup arrangements. For arrivals, follow the meeting instructions sent before travel. For departures, your hotel pickup time is confirmed according to your flight.
