Real Cancun, first bite. Evening Tour: Esquites. Mexico's street corn in a cup. Epazote, mayo, cheese, lime, chili. One bite and you get it.

   Morning Tour: Tacos de canasta. Steamed since dawn, filled since forever. Try the chicharron prensado. Best seller in all of Mexico. Now you know why. Evening Tour: The salbute. Puffed, crispy, topped with cochinita pibil. Add habanero if you dare. This is Yucatan on a tortilla.
