Cancun Airport Private Transfer to/from Cancun Hotel Zone

IMPORTANT: CANCUN AIRPORT ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS & SECURITY ADVISORY Welcome to Cancun! To ensure your safety and a smooth pickup, please read the following official airport guidelines carefully. BEWARE OF AIRPORT SCAMMERS (TAXI JALADORES) The shark tank (arrival hall) can be confusing. Scammers will try to approach you using the following tricks to make you buy an unauthorized taxi: The "Fake Call" Trick: They will offer to call your transportation company. They will fake the call or dial an accomplice who will pretend to be us and tell you "we are not coming" or "we are delayed." This is a lie. The "No-Show" Lie: They might tell you that our agency does not exist or that you will get a refund at your hotel. Never believe them. Our strict policy: NEVER let anyone at the airport call us on your behalf. If you cannot find your driver, call or WhatsApp us directly using your own phone. WHERE TO FIND YOUR CHAUFFEUR Your professional driver will be waiting for you outside the terminal holding an official banner with your name. Look for us at the following designated meeting points: TERMINAL 3: Next to the Air Margarita Bar. TERMINAL 4: At the Welcome Bar (directly in front of Platform D). TERMINAL 2 (International): At the Welcome Bar. TERMINAL 2 (Domestic): At the Welcome Bar. Note: Our drivers monitor your flight in real-time. If you don't see your driver immediately, they might be loading luggage for another passenger and will return to the spot within minutes. Stand firm at the meeting point and call us directly. We are committed to your safety and look forward to providing you with an excellent private transfer experience!
