Camel Ride on the Beach of Essaouria

Enjoy a 2-hour camel ride on the beach of Essaouira, and visit the dunes and the forest, too. It's a great adventure for the all family, with gentle and well-trained animals.

The ride will usually start from the beach. During the ride, your time will be shared between the forest of eucalyptus and mimosas with its sandy paths and the beach side. In the forest, you will cross many animals including goats, sheeps, camels, donkeys and cows. On the beach, you will see a variety of birds. You will cross big wild dunes that separate the forest and the beach. You will ride along the Atlantic sea, walking into the water... The camel ride is a great funny adventure for the whole family. It is accessible to everyone. Although impressive due to their size, camels are very gentle and calm animals. Free for children under 4 years old who will share a camel with an adult.
