On this tour you will taste different wine varieties, extra-virgin olive oil from ancient olive trees (yes, you read it right - sample the same oil that our ancestors used centuries ago), and local natural honey infused with thyme, pine, orange blossom and different spring flowers. Before the tasting tour, you can enjoy some free time at Butterfly Valley. Every year, at the end of the wet season (late May), thousands of butterflies attracted by the scent of the oriental sweet-gum trees cover the entire landscape.    Before the tasting tour, you can enjoy some free time at Butterfly Valley. Every year, at the end of the wet season (late May), thousands of butterflies attracted by the scent of the oriental sweet-gum trees cover the entire landscape.
