Itinerary

After booking, select your travel date and confirm that you are traveling from Sapa to Noi Bai International Airport. Review your booking confirmation for the exact meeting point, departure time, and transportation instructions. Meet the driver or transportation staff at the designated Sapa pickup location or hotel pickup point according to your booking. The transportation staff will assist you with boarding the bus, and you may be transferred by car or minivan to the main bus boarding location if required. Present your booking confirmation when requested and board the bus assigned to your reservation. During the approximately 6–7 hour journey, you can relax in your seat or sleeper cabin, with a rest stop along the route where you can stretch, use restroom facilities, and take a short break. The journey ends at the designated terminal meeting point at Noi Bai International Airport. Please allow additional time for pickup, traffic, road conditions, and any local transfer when planning your onward flight.

  • This activity is a shared transfer therefore the trip duration is approximate and might fluctuate due to external factors such as traffic, weather conditions, toilet break, etc

  • When bus arrives at Sapa in the early morning before 06:00 AM, you can rest in the bus until 06:00 AM for drop off service.
  • For airport pick-up/drop-off, the times listed are ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) and ETD (Estimated Time of Departure). Since the buses depart from the Old Quarter, actual timing may vary due to traffic and other factors.
  • Seat assignments are arranged based on real-time bus availability and may be random.
  • Pick-up and drop-off services are NOT available during the following periods due to high holiday traffic: Apr 25–27, Apr 29–May 5, Aug 29–Sep 5, and Dec 31–Jan 4.
  • Standard Luggage Size: 61cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
  • Maximum of 1 standard luggage and 1 handbag per person
  • Children aged 6+ will be charged the same rate as adults
  • Children under 5 years old is complimentary when sharing bed with one adult in the cabin
  • Staff is available for guests requiring disability assistance
  • Passengers need to take off shoes before boarding big buses.
