It’s also known for its artisan chocolates, old streets, fisherman’s port, and political past. Biarritz and Saint Jean de Luz are two coastal towns where surfing and fishing are protagonists. Summer destination for all European upper class since the 1850’s, they kept their classy stores and Basque artisan products. They are the perfect example of tradition and modernity in the South of France.
