Benny's Home Cooking Chiang Mai

Join this full-day cooking class in Chiang Mai, learn to cook and have fun in a lovely home surrounded by an organic garden, where you will use personally picked ingredients to cook your favorite dish. Choose from a variety of fruits, herbs and vegetables to enjoy picking, cooking, and eating. The class is situated in the countryside, 20 minutes from Chiang Mai, downtown, or Chiang Mai International airport. Cook 5 unique dishes. Make curry paste from scratch. Choose your favorite dishes to do from the categories: appetizers, soups, pastes and curries, stir fried dishes, and desserts. I have been in the food industry for 19 years and be a Thai food instructor for my own cooking class for 11 years.

- After pick up everyone in the town. We will head to the fresh local market to do the market tour and food tasting. You will try the best local food here. This market located a bit out of the town so you will see real Thai people life. Not a tourist place like other market in the town. - We will give you the menu check list on that morning with all food description. So you can choose your favorite dish to cook from our categories. - Should bring the bottle of water during the market tour and wear the casual dress. - After finish the market tour, we will give you walk around the market again. You can buy anything you want to eat or take a photo around the market. - Then head to our home which you will see all organic vegetables that we grow around the house and the rice paddy next door. - You will start by making the curry paste by yourself. - Cook appetizer and soup. - Cook stir fried noodles dish. - Cook curry and dessert. - At the end we will give you the recipe book which is very helpful when you cook at home.
