The calm waters and the protected coast have made Armação de Pêra beach very popular with families. It is also here that the largest natural reef in Portugal is found.

   Golden sand beach located in the Alporchinhos area next to the luxury resort Vila Vita Parc.

   The Tremoços beach occupies a small sheltered bay, in the eastern part of the Municipality of Lagoa. As it is not easily accessible, this beach is practically wild.
