Join us on the sand, where the Gulf meets the shore. Our 75-minute beach yoga classes take place right on the sugar soft sand in Redington Shores. Our classes are open to all levels. Instructors guide you through a thoughtful sequence of poses designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and leave you genuinely relaxed. We work with and blend the natural environment: salt air, the rhythm of the waves, and the occasional pod of dolphins offshore. Yes, really — dolphin sightings during class are a regular part of the magic here. Along with pelicans, herons and other shore birds. Nature has a way of showing up as the best co-instructor. No yoga mats, you'll settle onto a customary beach yoga blanket, grounding yourself with the earth, feeling the sand shift and mold beneath you with every pose. It's a completely different experience than studio yoga, and that's exactly the point. Just movement, breath, and the beach.
