Bacalar Sunrise SUP Yoga Connect with Nature

Engage in a transformative 120-minute SUP Yoga experience that invites you to harmonize with your body, the water, and your mind. Starting with a welcoming hot beverage and a physical warm-up, you'll receive a brief introduction to paddling on a stand-up paddleboard. After paddling approximately 100 meters to the anchored platform, enjoy a serene 60-minute yoga practice amidst nature. Conclude your experience with a refreshing snack and drinks, creating a perfect blend of relaxation and connection.

Guests will begin the experience with a brief welcome, stretching session, and paddle introduction at Muelle 36 before heading into the lagoon on stand-up paddle boards. We will paddle together for 5 minutes to a floating platform in the middle of the lagoon, where the SUP Yoga session will take place during sunrise. The practice focuses on controlled movements, gentle stretches, balance, breathing, and mindfulness while surrounded by the peaceful sounds of nature. After the session, guests will enjoy a moment to relax with light snacks and beverages before paddling back to shore.
