Authentic tasting of Nice specialities

This experience invites you to live an authentic moment in the heart of Nice culture through a guided tasting, far from the classic tourist circuits. Set in a local location, you take the time to discover the emblematic specialties of Nice in a friendly and warm atmosphere, accompanied by a passionate host who shares with you the history, traditions and secrets of each product. Unlike a simple tasting, this experience emphasizes understanding and transmission: you learn to recognize original recipes, distinguish authentic products and better understand Nice’s culinary identity. Each bite then takes on a cultural dimension, revealing the deep link between gastronomy and the Mediterranean way of life. This activity is ideal for travelers who want to discover Nice differently, taking the time to taste, exchange and soak up the local soul in an intimate setting.

During this experience, you settle into a friendly setting for a real moment of local culinary discovery, guided by a passionate chef. The tasting begins with crispy barbajuans, served in finger food format, which you discover while listening to their history and the traditions around them. You then go on with golden panisses, with a melting texture on the inside and crispy on the outside, accompanied by explanations of their preparation based on chickpeas, emblematic of the south. Then it’s time to enjoy a must-have speciality such as pissaladière or pie niçoise, which the chef presents in detail to help you appreciate all the nuances. Throughout the tasting, you talk to him, ask your questions and understand what makes this local cuisine unique. A soft drink accompanies the whole, while the relaxed and warm atmosphere transforms this tasting into a real moment of sharing, accessible to all, whether you are alone, as a couple or with friends.
