I will first meet you at the meeting point, then we will walk through different parts where locals eat & hang out. NO TAGINE. NO COUSCOUS. JUST REAL LOCAL STREET FOOD. We’ll walk through the heart of the Medina, stopping at hidden spots where locals eat and you wouldn’t find this spots on your own. You will taste 7 to 9 authentic dishes that Moroccans love. Everything is included: food, drinks, and good vibes. Here is what you might try, depending on your tastes: Msemen Amer – Flaky Moroccan pancake stuffed with savory fillings. Harira & Chebakia – Classic soup and sweet combo. Makla bel Kefta – Spiced meat in a tomato-pepper sauce, Moroccan-style. Sfenj – Crispy, airy Moroccan doughnuts. Lhnidiya – Juicy cactus fruit, sweet and refreshing. Chwa – Grilled meat skewers: beef, turkey, or liver. Rass Mbekher – Steamed sheep’s head with salt and cumin (for the adventurous!).
