Step into a peaceful, candlelit, air-conditioned studio for a romantic experience created especially for couples. You’ll begin face to face with a short connection ritual and guided meditation, leaving daily distractions behind and becoming fully present with each other. I will then guide you through gentle couples yoga poses designed to build trust, awaken playfulness and deepen emotional connection. You’ll learn to support one another, move together and communicate through touch, awareness and synchronized breathing. No yoga experience or special flexibility is required. Between poses, you’ll pause to notice how each practice affects your body, emotions and connection. The experience ends with synchronized breathing, eye contact and a moment of gratitude—leaving you relaxed, emotionally open and closer to your partner. Please wear comfortable clothes. The entire experience is fully clothed.
