4-day Women’s Christian Retreat Los Cabos, Mexico

Rise Within is created for people like us—driven, responsible, and tired of feeling like our nervous system is paying the price for our ambition. I’m Brittany Poliska, a Holistic Kinesiologist and retreat host. Over 4 days in Los Cabos, I’ll guide you through a luxury reset that combines personality work, nervous system regulation, new perspectives, and confidence to approach situations in life differently—so you can go back to your life with more stability, support, clarity, and drive that fuels you, instead of burning you out.
