Please provide the exact pickup address, hotel name, building name, entrance information, preferred pickup time, passenger count, luggage quantity, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp after booking. Please also provide the names and complete addresses of your independently booked accommodations in Toyama, Takayama, and Matsumoto. For hotel pickup, please wait in the lobby or at the main entrance at the confirmed time. For station pickup, please provide the station name, arrival time, train details, and preferred exit. For apartments or private accommodations, please provide the full address, building name, room information where appropriate, and entrance instructions. The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes free of charge from the confirmed pickup time. The overtime fee is JPY 5,000 per hour for vehicles with 14 seats or fewer, The night service period is from 22:00 to 07:00 the following day. An additional night service fee of JPY 2,000 will be charged for pick-up, drop-off, charter, waiting, and overtime services that take place during this period.
